Opening hours of the Museum of Contemporary Art are Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Holidays: closed 

 

TICKET PRICES

EXHIBITIONS

Single ticket: €11

(for pupils, students, pensioners: €7)

includes a visit to the exhibitions:

– Andrea Kulunčić "Making the World a Better Place"

– permanent exhibition "Collection as a Verb" (+ one descent with Carsten Hoeller's sculpture Double Slide from the 2nd floor position)

– current exhibition in the Black Box space

– current exhibition from the "Triggers" cycle


Single ticket for a period of 5 months: €20

(for pupils, students, pensioners: €12)

includes a visit to the exhibition, lectures and workshops related to the project of Andreja Kulunčić "Making the world a better place". Each visitor receives a memorabilia/souvenir of the Andrea Kulunčić exhibition as a gift when purchasing a ticket - a pen and a bookmark with wildflower seeds. The ticket is issued in a personal name. Visitors who purchase a ticket via the ulaznice.hr system, upon presentation of a receipt of purchase, can collect the souvenir at the Museum reception.

GROUP VISIT

Group visit (10 – 30 people): €10 per person

Group visit of school-age children and students (10 – 30 people): €6 per person

Group visit of preschool children: free entrance with a fee for a professional guide or accompanying guardian, organized by MSU.

Group visit and guidance for people with disabilities: free entrance accompanied by a curator of MSU (contact: daniela.bilopavlovic@msu.hr)

Group arrival must be announced one week in advance at edukacija@msu.hr.

Tolerance for group arrival delays is 15 minutes, longer than that, it is necessary to report the reasons for the delay to the contact person at MSU or the arrival will be considered canceled and will be charged.

With a group of up to 30 students, one teacher has free entrance.

FREE ENTRY TO EXHIBITION PROGRAMS

Free entry is possible upon presentation of a valid document: membership cards of professional associations, press cards, student cards (X-ice), Zagreb card or another document listed below and can be obtained by:

– members of professional associations (ICOM, Croatian Museum Society, Croatian Art Historians' Society, Association of Fine Artists (HDLU) Association of Fine Artists of Applied Arts of Croatia (ULUPUH);

– journalists

– students of art history, art academies, architecture and design

– students of art high schools and schools of applied arts

– until 1 October 2025, in accordance with the "CULTURAL TUESDAY" project, MSU provides free entry on Tuesdays to all students of the University of Zagreb

– persons with a certificate of approved temporary protection (e.g. from Ukraine), persons with a certificate of approved international protection (asylum seekers), persons with a certificate of approved subsidiary protection (asylum seekers) and persons with a certificate that they are asylum seekers international protection

– unemployed, with a certificate from the Employment Service

Every first Wednesday of the month; admission is free for all visitors to the museum's exhibition programs (valid for individual arrivals only).
